A day with rain is a rainy day. A rainy day looks dull and gloomy. It is not a happy day. The sky remains cloudy. The sun is not seen. The weather is foul. Gusty wind blows. It rains cats and dogs. The road goes under water. None can go out without an umbrella. People walk along them with shoes in their hand and clothes folded up. The cattle keep standing. Birds keep sitting on trees. Children and school going students are kept confined in rooms. They are not allowed to go out of the doors. They have nothing to do. So they idle away their time. The poor people or da rers can not work. So they suffer much with out having food. But a rainy day welcomes the rich. They make the best use of the situation. Some of them make arrangements for indoor games. Some gossip and some sleep for sometime. A rainy day is most welcome to students as they can easily enjoy a holiday. The sun fails to peep even. We may call it a sunless day.

A Rainy day is a day when it rains without any break. In a rainy day, it rains all day long. It occurs in the rainy season. A rainy day is dull and gloomy. The sky remains overcast with thick black clouds and the sun is not visible. Sometimes it rains heavily and sometimes it drizzles. In a rainy day, people like to remain at home. The un-melted roads become muddy and slippery. Water stands on the roads here and there. None can go out without an umbrella. People walk along the road with shoes in hand and clothes folded up. The cattle are kept in their sheds. Birds remain sitting on the branches of the trees. People in general have nothing to do. They spend the day idly. The poor day labourers and beggars suffer much. They cannot go out to work or to beg. The people who work in offices, suffer a lot. Sometimes they cannot go to office due to heavy rainfall. The school going students feel happy in a rainy day because they do not! have to go to school. Rich people stay at home and eat delicious food. Thus a rainy day is a sunless day without any work.

Rainy day is a common scene in Bangladesh during the rainy season. Sometim sometimes it rains in torrents. After the heavy rain: tanks, ponds, rivers etc became Toads go under water. Sometimes, because of a shower of rain the roads become muddy and slippery. In the rainy day the sky remains clouded and the sun is seldom seen. If the rain is heavy, many roads go under water. So it becomes very difficult to move from one place to another. People.carry umbrellas when they go out. Those who do not carry umbrellas get wet.
